1º USE INSTRUCTIONS

 

INSTRUCTIONS   

You have in their hands the biggest small of all the welders of the world for the first time in the history of the planet that we can have in our hands an industrial welder of this weight and of this size so miniature. 

The team doesn't include the cables of current entrance since each application has different necessities according to the variables of the town in that he/she will work, it can use from 2 meters up to 60 meters as it is necessary, the client will be able to acquire it in any hardware store of her town;   

Minimum to use from 2 to 30 meters cable # 2x10 something   

To more than 30 meters up to 60 meters uses # 2x8 something

2º CAUTIONS

For their best use it tries to connect it plugging it to the line of 110 volts, having of front the board of current entrance inserts of the left side the earth, and of the right side the positive, very attentive will always be connected this way to avoid risks or electric accidents. 

Having of front the exit to the electrodes connects the clip of earth of the left side and the clip of the one it carries electrode of the right side.    

1º connects earth to the piece that will weld.   

2º insert the electrode in the hand piece having the caution of always having insulating shoes and make sure that their feet are not wet, if there are humidity or the place this wet one the best thing it will be to insert the electrode with an isolated clip.    

Avoid to the maximum that the electrode sticks to the piece of welding without there is voltaic arch it could damage the apparatus.

This team can weld in form TIC if is installed the system of gas argon or as me MIC is installed the spout and the gas argon.   

 

This small apparatus can weld ferrous metals with electrode 3/32 and not ferrous with 2/32 it always offers the electrodes of 2/32 for the nonferrous metals.
